You may not realize how much of a necessity home health care can be, especially if you or someone you love is living with a chronic illness. Most people who are dealing with chronic health issues will feel that there are no resources available to them if they cannot get help from friends or family. It's important that you protect them from themselves if possible so they can live with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that they are cared for in their own homes
CURIOUS WHETHER YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICES?
Our Skilled Staff services may be provided to a patient insured by Medicare who has a primary need for skilled nursing, physical and/or speech therapy, home health aide, and/or occupational therapy on an intermittent basis.
You may qualify for home health services if you qualify under your Medicare/Medicaid benefits. Patient’s considered ‘homebound’ because extended absences from your home require considerable and taxing efforts for medical reasons, or infrequently and of short duration when for other reasons as outlined by your Primary Care Physician.
